  • What is AyahDay?

    AyahDay is a free web app for daily Quranic reflection. It shows verses (ayat) with surah context in the translation language you choose.

  • Which translations does AyahDay use?

    English uses Muhammad Asad (en.asad). Arabic uses Uthmani script (quran-uthmani). Urdu uses Abul Ala Maududi (ur.maududi). Malay uses Basmeih (ms.basmeih). Text is provided via Al Quran Cloud.

  • How do I change the translation language?

    Use the language selector below the ayah card on the right side of the controls row. You can switch between English, Arabic, Urdu, and Malay anytime.

  • Is AyahDay free? Do I need an account?

    AyahDay is free and does not require an account.

  • Where does the verse text come from?

    Verses are loaded from the public Al Quran Cloud API using standard Quranic editions.

  • How do I share a verse?

    Tap the share button to open WhatsApp with the current verse so you can send it to others.

  • Can I see a verse I viewed before?

    Use the back control after moving forward. The app keeps a short history during your visit.

  • Does AyahDay show Arabic script for every verse?

    Choose Arabic in the language menu to read the ayah in Uthmani script. Other languages show translations; surah names always include Arabic.

  • Is AyahDay religious advice or fiqh?

    No. AyahDay is for reflection only. For rulings or deep tafsir, consult qualified scholars and authoritative sources.
